Online & 1-on-1 personal training sessions

1-on-1 sessions are held either in the comfort of your own home or outdoors, covering London Zone 1 and 2. It includes a monthly training plan, access to members area with exercise video library, 24/7 support, and monthly programme review.

With online sessions you get all the same perks and support, minus the face-to-face sessions with me.

 

For each type of service you can opt for two types of packages:

Customised Training Plan

Programme built based on your own needs and specific body type, where we use different training techniques to ensure your goals are met. Ideally it would require more commitment from you as we would revise the programme every 4 weeks to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.

A complementary session is offered initially to discuss your goals and to understand if this would be the right fit for you.

Sweat Session

These sessions are perfect if you are already a healthy and active person and are just looking to have more challenging workouts, structured training, support with your technique, and motivation to push your training to the next level.

You can make it a Group Sweat Session for an additional fee per person.
