My name is Catarina, I was born in Lisbon, Portugal and have lived in Brazil and Spain, having moved to London for my International Business Master's degree back in 2011.
After 10 years split between Management Consulting and the Financial industry, I decided to pursue my passion for Fitness and earned a Level 4 Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I have further specialised in Women’s Fitness (also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine), with a focus on Pre and Post Natal exercise and recovery. Having gone through a pregnancy myself, I love guiding expectant mums through this journey while applying exercise techniques that I know that work.
I am a strong believer that we were made to move and that we should move in a way that is specific to each individual. No oneself is the same and that also applies to exercise.
My aim is to apply different training techniques that suit you and that will help you achieve your ultimate goals while moving consciously.
